
All orders are prepared and shipped the next business day when possible and within a maximum of 48 hours. All shipped items will be provided with a tracking number within the shipment confirmation email you will receive to follow the status of your order. United States and international updates of the tracking status of your order may be delayed by custom holds or unforeseen circumstances within the postal service hand-offs and we recommend that you allow the estimated delivery times to pass before contacting our support mail with concerns. Canada Post has proven to be a very reliable means to ship your order and rest assured that your order is on its way to you.
Canada Post shipping times for Canadian orders typically take 2–5 days depending on geographical location. US orders can take 7–20 days dependent on custom clearing hold requirements. Additional charges may apply, and Hop-up Heli Hobbies will not be responsible for any duties, taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by custom clearing policies.
Shipping times and rates are only estimates and are not guaranteed. Additional shipping may be required on your order due to weight, zip code, your combination of items, or other factors. We cannot control shipping carrier delays, customs delays, weather delays, and other factors that can delay your shipment. However, we will do our best to get your product to you as soon as possible.
Hop-Up Heli Hobbies does not provide backorder service, and we take great care to only make available the in-stock products accessible for your shopping needs. Any listed items that are out of stock have been re-ordered and will be available once they arrive. If you would like an estimate of when the out of stock items you are looking to obtain will be available, you can contact support@hopuphelihobbies.com, however, the out of stock items should be available within 8-14 days unless the manufacturer/provider itself is waiting for production completion deliveries.
All orders are carefully packaged and inspected by our quality control personel to insure all the items you have ordered arrive safely and completely without omissions. If for any unforeseen circumstances an item is not available to ship after you have placed your order, you shall be contacted immediately and provided with options on how you wish to proceed. These options may include: shipping the available items right away and then having the remaining item sent once it arrives *(with free shipping. There will be no additional shipping charges for items that are shipped late due to unforeseen circumstances)* Or, you may wish to wait until all the ordered items are available before we ship them to you once we have provided you an estimated hold time. All Hop-Up Featured Combination packages are carefully prepared, inspected and stocked independently within the inventory to ensure that all listed parts are provided without any omissions or obvious deficiencies.
Undeliverable packages, and/or refused items will be charged the appropriate return shipping charge. In addition, a 25% restocking fee will be applied on all items that are returned and/or refused “unopened and undamaged”. Any opened returned/refused packages will be charged a 40% restocking fee providing all items shipped have returned un-damaged. Any damaged/missing & opened returned/refused packages will be charged the full cost of the damaged or missing item(s) and a 40% restocking fee on the remaining items originally shipped.
