We make it easy for you to buy from Hop-up Heli Hobbies!
When you find the item you want, simply click on the Add to Cart button. This will add the item to your Shopping Cart. Your cart will show you the cost of the item selected and the applicable shipping cost. In your Shopping Cart you can change the quantity of items you have ordered, select your location (provincial sales tax applies to orders made in Ontario), empty your cart, select payment type, enter a separate shipping address, continue shopping, or proceed to checkout.
After you have added items to your Shopping Cart, check your order for accuracy. When you are satisfied that the information is correct, proceed to Checkout by clicking the Checkout button.
At Checkout, you will be redirected to a secure server. Enter your billing address and payment information. Once you have submitted your order and payment has been confirmed, your order will be shipped promptly, and you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Completion of the checkout process will constitute your agreement will all terms and policies of Hop-up Heli Hobbies.

In the event of typographical errors on our site or in our publications, Hop-up Heli Hobbies reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders at its sole discretion. In-stock items will be shipped within 48 business hours.
Hop-up Heli Hobbies does not take orders for items that are not in stock. In order to provide the fastest possible shipping service possible we do not provide a backorder service. For your convenience you can request an estimated re-stoking time for items that are not in stock by e-mailing support@hopuphelihobbies.com
Colour, frequency, and packaging may vary. Occasionally items run out or are discontinued from a specific manufacturer. We reserve the right to send items of equivalent function in order to fill your order in a timely manner.
Many of our items are covered by a manufacturer warrantee; therefore you will need to return them to the manufacturer only.
We apologize in advance on behalf of the manufacturer for any defective items you may receive. Please understand that defects do occur occasionally, and manufacturers insist on handling defects directly to insure quality improvements.
A defective item is an item that arrives undamaged in shipping, but unable to function properly. The item must not have any visible damage and must clearly be from manufacturing issues. Please note, attempting to return merchandise you have damaged is mail fraud and you may be subject to prosecution.
If you receive a defective item simply call the manufacturer for help.
